Sign in, reset a password or complete an authenticator check
Use the same account and sign-in method you used when joining.
How to do it
- Open Sign in and enter your account credentials, or use the available Google sign-in option if that is how you joined.
- If you forgot your password, open the password-reset page and follow the email instructions.
- If an authenticator check appears, enter the current code from your authenticator app. Let an expired code roll over before trying again.
- After successful verification, the app opens your intended destination.

You reach the app without another sign-in prompt.
If you get stuck
If session checking fails, reload once and check your connection. Tell support the approximate time and browser if it repeats. Never send a password, reset link or authenticator code.
