Beta access requests
If you request beta access, we save your name, email, city or ZIP code, optional answer, and contact consent for private admin review and to respond about access. These details are not shared with other members. Requests do not create an account or automatically grant access.
We use a one-way hash derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions; the request system does not store the raw address. Counters older than one hour are removed when the next request is processed. Our hosting provider may separately process network information for security.
Beta referrals
If you use a tester’s personal beta request link, we associate your request with that tester. They can see their invitation mission complete if a referred request is approved, but cannot see your request details, email or the list of applicants. Referral links do not automatically grant access or add anyone to a group or connection list.
Your account and plans
LinkLemon uses your account information to sign you in, maintain your profile and deliver invitations and alerts. Your email is not a public profile field. Profile visibility, connections and event permissions determine which identity information other members can see.
Locations and instructions you include in an event or outing are shared with people who can access that plan. Avoid including private addresses or contact details unless you intend to share them with that audience.
Saved places and ZIP codes
Your saved-place list is private to your account. Selecting a shortcut does not send an invitation or share a plan. Removing a saved place does not remove locations from existing events or outings.
Your profile ZIP code is kept private and used to select city/state and improve nearby place search. Other members receive the city/state according to your profile visibility settings, rather than the ZIP code.
Google place search
When Google place search is available and you use it, your search text is sent to Google. If you have supplied a profile ZIP code, an approximate ZIP-area center is used to bias results nearby. LinkLemon does not request your device's GPS location for this search.
LinkLemon can retain the Google place ID and your own place name and meeting instructions. Google address details are fetched when needed and are not saved in LinkLemon's database. Manually entered locations are saved as information you supply.
Google processes these requests under its Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Services and questions
LinkLemon uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account and application data, and configured email and push providers to deliver alerts. These services process the information needed to perform those functions.
Signed-in members can use Report a problem to ask about their information or request assistance.
