The app is slow, stuck or installing an update
Try a small recovery step before clearing browser data.
How to do it
- Check your internet connection. If Updating app, please wait is showing, allow it to finish.
- When an update notice offers Refresh, save any work and choose it to load the update. Follow any recovery options shown for a long wait.
- If a page remains stuck, reload once, then reopen it from the app’s navigation.
- If the problem repeats, report the page, approximate time, what you tapped and whether you are on phone or desktop.

If you get stuck
Avoid repeatedly submitting a form while it is saving. Clearing site data signs you out and may discard unsaved work; it should not be the first step.
