An image is missing or a shared link won’t open
A placeholder can appear while an event image is loading.
How to do it
- Give the image a moment to load and check your connection.
- Reopen the event once. A category illustration may remain if the original image is unavailable.
- For a shared link, check whether the event is public, cancelled, or requires an invitation.
- If it still looks wrong, tell support the event title and page. Do not paste a private invitation token.

The event loads, or the placeholder keeps its card readable.
If you get stuck
Public sharing does not make private events accessible. For ticket links on an organizer’s site, contact that organizer if their page is unavailable.
